Every bigger commercial client wants terms. Property managers, franchises, GCs — "we pay net-30" (which means net-60 in practice).
On one hand: they're the biggest, most repeatable revenue.
On the other: you're their bank, and chasing a 90-day-old invoice for a customer you want to keep is misery.
Do you offer terms? Credit-check first? Charge interest on late? Cut them off at a limit? What actually works?
